To increase traffic to my site (and have a little fun), I will display some of my favorite racing-related videos for your viewing enjoyment!

Juan Manuel Fangio testing a Maserati 250F in Modena, Italy in the 1950s.

Highlights from Antell's first Skip Barber race at Mont Tremblant in 2008. Antell had the fastest lap of the race and was working his way through the field before unfortunately crashing out.

Latest on-board video: A few laps of the new Lime Rock Park with Darrick Antell, on October 7th, 2009.

Antell at the 2009 Skip Barber Karting Scholarship Shootout, interviewing with Speed Channel's Bob Varsha. It was Antell's third consecutive year as a Shootout entrant, and his second interview.

Antell battling with Brian Skinner in the last few laps of the Skip Barber Eastern Regional race weekend at Mont Tremblant. This was Antell's first Skip Barber race, in which he finished 8th, but was penalized for car-to-car contact (shown in video).

Lapping in a Bertil Roos F2000 at Pocono Raceway. This was the car in which Darrick would start, and win, the first two races of his career.

Darrick rowing for Lawrenceville's Varsity Crew team in the Stotesbury Cup Regatta (May 2008). Darrick greatly enjoys crew as a way to keep in good physical shape for motor racing, and as an exercise in mental discipline. Here he sits in the bow seat of this eight man racing shell.

Here are Darrick and his mother and older sister, after a day of heli-skiing in the backcountry of British Columbia, Canada. Darrick is also a proficient skier, having began at age 4 with his parents' encouragement.

Darrick drives the "rim shot" line, while racing in heavy rain at Oakland Valley Race Park. OVRP, located in Cuddebackville, New York, has been the venue for most of Darrick's kart races.

Darrick enters the tricky "Sunset" turn at Sebring International Raceway in a Skip Barber Formula 2000. This session was part of the 2008 Skip Barber Karting Scholarship Shootout, in which the winner would receive a fully paid season in Skip Barber's 2008 National Series. Fifty elite kart racers from around the world attended this event to compete for this top prize, and gain experience driving open-wheel race cars.

Darrick discusses his car's setup and seat positioning with one of Skip Barber's mechanics. Darrick comments: "I've always been very interested in the technical side of auto racing, which will surely be an advantage later in my career. I make a point of learning how everything works on my car, and how adjustments will affect the car's handling and driveability."
